Privacy notice
This notice explains what information we receive when you browse this site or send an enquiry, how it is used, and how to contact us about it.
Information you provide
An enquiry may include your name, work email, company, target country, buyer type, product interest, estimated quantity, application, and project or purchasing requirements. Please do not include sensitive personal information that is not needed for a business enquiry.
Use of information
We use enquiry details to review your request, prepare a quotation or product information, answer technical or supply questions, and follow up on business cooperation. Limited technical information is also used to operate and protect the website.
Traffic source and browser storage
If available, an enquiry may include UTM campaign values, advertising click IDs, landing page, external referrer domain, website language, and recorded time. Source details are kept in this browser for up to 30 days to associate an enquiry with first and latest visits. Your manual language choice stays in browser storage until cleared. A country signal may suggest a language but is not added to the enquiry. No third-party ad pixels or external analytics service are currently used.
Service providers and retention
Enquiries are stored in the website database; Brevo sends an email notification to Langkun. The API stores a one-way HMAC-derived value from the connection IP for abuse prevention, not the raw IP in the enquiry record; hosting/security logs may separately process connection data. WhatsApp and your email provider have their own terms if you contact us through them. We do not sell or rent enquiry details. Browser source data expires after 30 days. There is currently no fixed automatic deletion period for database enquiries or their email notifications; they may be kept for follow-up and business records.
Your choices and contact
You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable requirements. Clearing browser storage may remove your saved language and source details. For questions or requests, email mr0947@outlook.com or WhatsApp +60 17-832 9381. Please identify the enquiry and the action you are requesting.
